Matt and I feel so incredibly fortunate to have found Emily to document the start of our journey as husband and wife. From the initial booking and interview phase through our engagement session and wedding day, Emily was professional, authentic, a much welcomed calming presence, and a complete joy to work with.  I was looking for a wedding photographer and found Emily through links on Pinterest. I immediately loved her style and use of light in all of her photos. My now husband and I went to meet her at her apartment to discuss details and look at more of her work. Even her apartment is adorable! You can tell she is an artist in everything she does. Emily was such a calming force on our wedding day. We did “first look” photos which have the potential to be high tension right before the ceremony, but she took control and made us feel relaxed. She has such a natural unobtrusive style in how she takes her pictures. People remarked about how they didn’t even notice she was there. We received our photos and cannot say enough great things. Every time I look at our photos from Emily, I’m flooded with hundreds of beautiful moments from our wedding that I’d long forgotten. She was able to capture more than I thought was possible, from the quiet, intimate moments between two people to the joyous celebrations with everyone at the wedding.
